Our History
We started doing business in 1946 at 14th Avenue and East 14th Street in Oakland.

For over 50 years we have been supplying tires and related auto services to the East Bay. We are committed to giving the best possible service available and as a result, business grew. We soon added alignment, front end, and brake services. In 1970, a second location opened in San Leandro. Today both retail stores are actively serving the community and doing very well. We supply a full range of tires so we can set you up with exactly the right tires for the car you drive. We honor all manufacturers' warranties for the tires we sell. You'll never have to worry about the quality of your tires, because we stand behind them mile after mile.

Dave Anderson: Owner/Manager
Second generation family owner Dave Anderson joined the company in 1953 and became a partner in January 1954. In September 1977 he became the sole owner and incorporated in March 1980. He currently serves as president of George Oren Tire Specialist Inc. His desire is to be recognized by our customers and the community as the best provider of tire and wheel services in the Bay Area. That's why we carry the most popular major brands of tires.

Doug Anderson Owner/Manager
Third generation family owner Doug Anderson started at an early age washing whitewall tires and removing paper wrapping from new tires. Soon he was doing tire service while studying for his degree in business management at Cal State Hayward. He is currently The owner President
